Project Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Residential Project Manager to join a high-performing team, providing leadership and direction across varied residential projects

This growing and dynamic team specialise in the construction of high-density residential developments. They are passionate about delivering quality projects and exceeding client expectations, and are looking to expand their team due to a strong pipeline of projects through 2022.

With a forward-thinking, progressive outlook, their tight-knit team strive to push the boundaries and deliver exceptional homes.

You will be an organized Project Manager successful in delivering multiple residential builds, whilst coordinating and supporting a dedicated team of construction professionals.

You will be working on design home builds as well as standard plans whilst providing a seamless client experience and achieving great results.

Responsibilities:

• Programme management and reporting
• Labour and cost control oversight
• Onsite Health & Safety
• Procurement planning
• Managing client and stakeholder expectations

To be considered you must have:

• Proven experience as a residential building project manager or in a similar building industry role in New Zealand.
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction NZS3604, the NZ Building Code, and health and safety compliance.
• Great attention to detail and level of efficiency.
• Ability to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong organisational and administrative tendencies, including proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to assist with budgets, tendering and project feasibilities.

What’s on offer:

• $85,000 – $115,000 Salary
