Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate or Senior Level) – Commercial

This opportunity would be mostly site based in either Stonefields or Botany Auckland. Projects value from 15 – 25M.

If you are an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years’ experience in the role, they would be interested in meeting you.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Prepare tenders
• Prepare trade packages and scope of works
• Measuring projects
• Letting of contracts, after reviewing subcontract quotations
• Negotiation with subcontractors
• Managing valuations / variations
• Tender Analysis
• General contract administration
• Attend Site Meetings
• Taking meeting minutes
• Administer progress claims and payments
• Prepare internal cost and project reports
• Reporting information to subcontractors
• Administer and comply with Head Contract Agreement
• Final accounting on completion of contracts

To be considered for this role you must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying and currently reside in New Zealand.
