Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client based in Auckland is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. They believe construction is, above all, a collaborative process. And the quality of the outcome is reliant on the quality of the team. So they put their people first, and have grown a strong internal team and network of consultants and suppliers.

The Position

Senior Quantity Surveyor – 2x Project up to the value of $24 M

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has worked within the commercial construction environment on medium sized projects.

Required experience

• Min 3 years’ experience QS’ing experience
• QS’ing experience within a Main Contractor environment
• Good understanding of the NZ Construction market
• Full project life cycle
• Experience working on various sized projects
• Sub-contracting liaising
• Mentor young QS’s
