The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with:

• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in the New Zealand commercial QS sector.
• Proven experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $30 million+ (Ideally you will have been the lead QS on a project up to $20M)
• Strong ability in detailed measurement and take-offs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation and capability to independently manage projects.
